I recently started some new cardio classes at my gym and they are no joke! It’s one full hour of intense movement. The first time I took an evening class I had to leave early. I had to use the Ladies room, I couldn’t finish they last few minutes of class. I truly thought I would wet my pants. I didn’t think much of it, except next time I would arrive early to use the restroom before class. So the next time I took a morning class and arrived early and should be all good to go. BUT NO! By the end of class I was only marking the steps and had to leave immediately. Now to take a cardio class without leakage I have to wear a panty liner. Telling my slightly embarrassing discovery to other Moms in my playgroups I found out I was not alone. Mommys can’t jump! I’m told if you do kegel exercises it helps. Seeing as I plan on having another baby in the future I am not too worried about it, but it’s one of those things they don’t tell you….
