10 Great Podcasts for Modern Motherhood Lifestyle

I started listening to Podcasts when I was pregnant with Bruce. The first trimester was so tough. I was sick all the time. It was a very different experience than I had with the girls. This pregnancy brought a wave of depression I wasn’t ready for. These podcasts not only helped me keep my mind off the discomfort and anxiety, but they also got me going like an energizer bunny. I’d listen to these inspirational women while putting on makeup, folding laundry, or making dinner. All these women speaking about positive energy, organization, and manifestation made me feel so revitalized. Like coffee for the soul. They are still a part of my daily life. I gifted myself some wireless earbuds so I can listen to these podcasts anytime. You don’t need to be in a slump to let these women inspire you. Surrounding yourself with people who want to make you better is an important piece of overall wellness. Listening to these podcasts will change your life if you let them.
