A Nutritious Gift

The season of giving has begun. Many companies, groups, and organizations are joining with their favorite non-profits to ensure everyone has a happy holiday. Every year I donate food to a food drive. This year my local Moms group is collecting a donation for Thanksgiving. If you want to donate, here is a list of the best foods to give for nutritional value:
