Cora turns two this week!
At two years old:
In our house she is also known as, Kid, Bug, Missy, and Cora Belle.
Her favorite foods are: Anything cheese, pizza, yogurt with rice crispies, hummus, mac n cheese, fruit, and cake. She will not eat: any type of egg, cooked vegetables, any kind of meat.
She likes to sing: Itsy Bitsy Spider, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Patty Cake and Going on a Bear Hunt. I sing to her: Twinkle Twinkle, You are My Sunshine, Somewhere Over the Rainbow, Fly Me to the Moon, Baby Mine, L.O.V.E., and Bushel and a Peck.
Favorite movies include: Toy Story, UP, Shrek, Finding Nemo, Big Hero 6, and Frozen. TV: Bubble Guppies, Mickey Mouse, Octonauts.
Hobbies are: Catching bugs, feeding fish and turtles at the park, coloring, play dough, reading, dance parties to ‘Jump in the Line’, playing on her ipad.
When she pretend answers her phone she says “Hello? Hi! Oh, I busy, Bye”! And hangs up.
When answering yes to a question she gives the sweetest “okay!”
When she says please for something she really wants, she puts her hands in front of her mouth like she is biting her nails.
She is becoming a beautiful little girl. She is a big sister now! She is smart and full of humor. I love seeing the world through her eyes. I wish I could remember each moment forever. I will always cherish this stage of wonderment and development.
Happy Birthday to my Sweet Cora! You have brought so much joy to my life. I look forward to each new day knowing I get to share it with you.
