Pregnancy Survival
Pregnancy is a magical time, full of what can be really difficult body changes. As your muscles and organs expand to support the growth of the baby, new pains and troubles come into play. My skin goes crazy during pregnancy. I have to force myself to drink more water to prevent additional breakout, but then I have to use the Ladies room all that more often. To keep my body hydrated throughout the day, I am obsessed with the Bath Bar spray on moisturizers. They are nice and light, and smell amazing. To prevent stretch marks I use Palmers Cocoa Butter Tummy Butter. Every expecting mom needs some type of belly cream. Fatigue is a pretty common pregnancy side effect. The last thing I want to do at night is a 3 step facial cleansing, so I use a makeup remover, cleanser, moisturizing all-in-one wipe. To revitalize myself, and my skin, during the day, I keep a MAC Fix+ in my bag. One spritz is total pick-me-up, especially in these hot summer months. My lips are always dry, pregnant and not. I have EOS balls everywhere! As a toddler Mom on the go, I love the Burt’s Bees and Sugar tinted lip treatments. Just transparent enough there is no mirror needed. At the end of the day my feet are sore and my legs are aching. Mama Mio Lucky Legs is a miracle in a bottle. I’ve started including it in all my Shower gifts for my girlfriends. It’s a cooling peppermint rub that feels like heaven. A little relief can go a long way for a pregnant and hormonal mama.
