My husband wanted to have a BBQ. Hot Dogs were on the menu. I was craving caramelized onions so I thought we should skip the usual condiments and upgrade. The result:
Polish dogs with bacon, caramelized onions, & mac n cheese.
After one bite I decided to take it a step further with some barbeque sauce.
