My baby girl will eat any vegetable I dice and mix into hummus. Zucchini, Squash, Carrots, Broccoli, Tomato, Cucumber. I like to mix in a little Quinoa for protein too. She is insistent on feeding herself these days and she just shovels it in. BONUS – This a meal I love to eat too!
