Binkie Bites: No Measure Pumpkin Spice Chili

The leaves are turning color and the temperatures are falling, at least for most of you. Here in Los Angeles, we get a heat wave when everyone else gets Fall. That doesn’t stop me from participating in all the Fall fun. Pumpkin patches, apple picking, hay rides, and corn mazes. It’s no secret that I’m a big fan of Pumpkin Spice everything, so naturally, I’m sharing my Pumpkin Spice Chili with you today!

This post is sponsored by Bush’s Baked Beans. While I received payment for sharing this recipe, the recipe and all opinions are, as always, my own. Thank you for supporting the brands that support Binkies & Baubles blog.

I first tried a pumpkin chili last year when another mom in my MOM’s Club brought it to a potluck event. While I love all things pumpkin, I wasn’t too sure about how it would pair with chili. LET. ME. TELL. YOU…. It’s the best way I’ve ever tasted chili, and chili has long been one of my favorite dishes. I’ve turned every chili recipe into pumpkin chili and so far they have all been a hit for the whole family. I’ve used ground beef or done meatless. I’ve used dark bean varieties and white bean varieties. I’ve served with cornbread, corn chips, and over pasta (my personal fave). Whatever way you dress your chili, adding some pumpkin will give it that fall flavor spice you love!
